J P Systems, Inc. pays for holidays for full time permanent employees including a "floating" holiday. Employees who have been with us for 10 years, accrue 3 weeks of vacation a year.

We offer participation in a SIMPLE IRA retirement account administered by The Vanguard Group. If retirement seems too far away to think about, then now really is the best time to start planning for it. The company will match a percentage of the funds you contribute. This is a tax deferred savings plan where employees may contribute up to $10,500 if they are under 50 years of age. At 50 years of age or over they may contribute up to $13,000 a year. Save money tax free now and use it later when you retire.

J P Systems, Inc. pays for 8 holidays a year for full time permanent employees including a "floating" holiday which you determine! You can use the floating holiday for your birthday, anniversary, or any other important day not covered by the holiday list. New employees accrue 2 weeks of vacation a year and 3 days of sick leave per year. See the J P Systems, Inc. Employee Manual for details. We have an Educational Assistance Program for employees who wish to continue their education through either formal college classes or technical seminars. Classes must be directly related to your job.

We pay a cash bonus to employees who refer new employees to us. The referred employee must complete their Introductory Period of 90 days for the cash bonus to be paid.
