  Free sample of most forms can be requested on line. From our on line catalog, search for the product you want and click on the "Send me a sample" option.

Finding Products

You can search by the software package name, by item number (2525-3), by type of product (e.g. work orders, labels) or by the type of business (plumbing, pest control, florists ).

What is camera ready art?

For logos, camera ready art is a clean black & white graphics file. A photo with the color removed is grayscale - not black & white. Grayscale graphics can not be used.
In some cases they can be converted to black and white.

Can I use a web graphic for a logo?

No - we need a higher quality file for printing. A density of 300 DPI (dots per inch) is needed for printed materials and web graphics are often only 72 DPI. It is possible that the person who designed your web graphic has a 300 DPI version of it.

How do I send artwork?

You can email it to us. In the subject line put " Artwork for: [your Company Name]".  Be sure to attach the correct file to your email.

What kind of a file should I send for my logo?

It should have a density of 300 dots per inch (DPI). A .PSD, a .PDF, or a .JPG is OK. A MS WORD document (.DOC) or an MS Excel spread sheet is a starting place but it is not camera ready art. If you have a question about your artwork, email us your file and we will look at it. In your email subject line say"artwork question for new order". Call toll free for our email address:

Order FAQ's

What will the shipping cost be?

Shipping costs vary with the weight & the distance shipped. This cost is added to your order when it is invoiced. UPS ground, 2nd day Air, and over night service are all available. The cost for UPS 2nd day air and UPS overnight are considerably higher.

When will I get the order?

Order processing takes 2 to 4 business days for printed products. Unimprinted products ship within 24 to 48 hours. We are closed on Sundays. Same day shipping is not available.

Can you rush an order?

We can only rush check orders. We can speed up other orders by using a faster shipping method.

For a 2 part form, what does a quantity of 250 mean?

Good question: if you order 250 2 part forms, it mean 250 forms. Don't count the number of parts in the quantity. Always order the number of forms you need, regardless of the number of parts.

Clear as mud? If you want 500 invoices, order 500 forms, regardless of whether it is a 2 or 3 part invoice.

Can you create a custom multi part form for my business?

Yes! We can design and print a custom form exactly the way you want it. We can even print on the back of a page, and we can screen out a portion of the pages. The form can have 2, 3, or 4 parts.
